Custom Training Plans

Use one of free plans or let us create a custom plan for your A race.  Plans any race from your first 5K or sprint triathlon to a marathon or Ironman.


Custom Monthly Coaching

Take the guess work out of your training and realize your potential

  • Custom Training - We will provide daily detailed workouts designed around your lifestyle which can integrate multiple races with your planned vacations
  • Continuous Communication - Unlimited Text and Email plus scheduled phone calls (email, text, phone calls)
  • One on One workouts -  One on One workouts can be done in person if you are local (Rhode Island) or via Skype/Facetime. The workouts could be Spin Workouts, Strength Training, etc..
  • Personal Race Day Cheat sheet - Including race strategy, nutrition plan, and checklist
  • Heart Rate Zone Evaluation - We will work with you to determine the heart zones that best suit you and your goals
  • Nutrition Action Plan - A diet analysis, managing your calorie needs, timing your meals with your works, tips for improving your health, and fueling your workouts.
  • Flexible Payment Options - Pay by the month, quarterly, or one year at a time. Prices decrease for the longer options. Choose the plan that fits best with your training goals and budget.

Plans start at $125 per month for single sport and $175 for multi-sport. Contact us and we will see if our interests and goals align.

The price of each plan are based on time-span and complexity (ie, number of races).  We can plan the whole season of races with you.  All custom plans include interaction with you to verify the plan meets your specific needs
